Zakres: mury, stropy, schody, konstrukcja dachu
Opis: To etap, w którym Twój dom zaczyna nabierać kształtu. Wykonujemy wszystkie prace konstrukcyjne – od fundamentów i ścian, po stropy, kominy i drewnianą konstrukcję dachu (więźbę). Na tym etapie dach nie jest jeszcze pokryty blachą ani dachówką – to sam szkielet budynku, gotowy do dalszych prac.
Po zakończeniu stanu surowego otwartego masz już widoczną bryłę domu – widać jego wielkość, układ pomieszczeń i wysokość kondygnacji. Ten etap to solidna baza pod dalsze prace – dom jest „postawiony”, ale jeszcze otwarty i niechroniony przed warunkami pogodowymi.
Zakres: okna, drzwi zewnętrzne, brama garażowa, pokrycie dachu, elewacja
Opis: To moment, w którym dom staje się szczelny i zabezpieczony przed deszczem, wiatrem i mrozem. Na konstrukcji dachu montujemy docelowe pokrycie – np. dachówkę ceramiczną lub blachodachówkę. Instalujemy okna, drzwi zewnętrzne oraz bramę garażową. Wykonujemy też elewację z ociepleniem, dzięki czemu budynek nabiera swojego ostatecznego wyglądu z zewnątrz.
Po zakończeniu tego etapu Twój dom z zewnątrz wygląda jak gotowy – jest zamknięty i przygotowany do prac wewnętrznych.
Zakres: instalacje elektryczne, wodno-kanalizacyjne i grzewcze, tynki, posadzki, ocieplenie poddasza, zabudowy g-k
Opis: W stanie deweloperskim dom jest już gotowy do wykończenia i zamieszkania po doposażeniu. Wykonujemy wszystkie instalacje (elektryczną, wodno-kanalizacyjną i centralnego ogrzewania), ocieplamy poddasze i przygotowujemy ściany oraz podłogi do dalszych prac. Na tym etapie wykonujemy tynki wewnętrzne, wylewki podłogowe i zabudowy z płyt g-k.
Po zakończeniu tego etapu dom jest w pełni funkcjonalny gotowy do malowania, montażu podłóg, drzwi wewnętrznych i wyposażenia łazienek. To najczęściej wybierany wariant przez inwestorów, którzy chcą mieć pewność, że dom został wykonany kompleksowo i zgodnie z normami, wystarczy wybrać kolory, meble i zamieszkać.

Each stage is concluded with an inspection, including a checklist and report, in the presence of the WIH coordinator (and your construction manager, if applicable). Any defects are recorded in the report, a deadline is set for their removal, and only after approval do we proceed. Everything is uploaded to the Investor Portal: photos, measurements, and reports in PDF format.
