– Construction Law (Act of 7 July 1994): from permit to final acceptance.

Quality control at every stage
We have introduced multi-level supervision, and you can see the progress of work in real time on the Investor Portal.

– Installations and finishing (installations, plasters, screeds)

After completing each phase, we invite you to join us in inspecting and completing an acceptance report. This will allow us to:
– we eliminate faults on an ongoing basis,
– you have full documentation signed by both parties,
– you avoid costly repairs in the future.
